This document sets out the terms on which virtphone.net provides access to disposable virtual numbers for receiving SMS messages. By using the service you accept these terms. The service is provided by Beta company sp. z o.o., REGON 146444560.
What the service is
The service provides a virtual number for receiving a single SMS message (an activation). The number is held for up to 20 minutes and is withdrawn from circulation once the activation completes or expires. Long-term number rental, voice calls and forwarding are not part of the service.
Price and payment
The price of an activation depends on the service + country pair and is shown before payment. The displayed price includes the service commission. Payment is taken from a prepaid balance at the moment the number is issued.
Refunds
If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes of the number being issued, the cost of the activation is returned to your balance automatically. You may also cancel an activation early for a full refund. Refunds are made to the internal balance; withdrawals to external accounts are not offered.
Limits of liability
The service does not guarantee that a given platform will deliver its SMS: recipients may block virtual numbers under their own rules. The refund mechanism above applies in that case. The service is not responsible for how received codes are used or for your actions on third-party platforms.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
