Refund policy
When the cost of an SMS is refunded, and when it isn't
In short: if the code never arrives, the money returns to your balance automatically, with no ticket and no back-and-forth. The refund comes from us, not from the provider the activation was bought from. The service is provided by Beta company sp. z o.o., REGON 146444560.

When a refund is automatic
A one-time number is handled fully automatically. If no SMS arrives and the incoming-messages table stays empty, the activation's cost returns to your balance automatically within 15–20 minutes — no support ticket, no contacting the provider. Follow the ordering instructions exactly to avoid issues receiving the code.
When there is no refund
Money is not refunded in the following cases:
- The order table already shows the text of a received SMS — the activation is considered delivered, even if the code didn't work on a specific platform.
- You agreed to provide identity-verification documents at checkout but then refused to.
- The number was used for illegal purposes, for fraud, or drew complaints.
- You ignored SMS restrictions on a specific number — some platforms don't deliver codes to certain carriers, which is that platform's limitation, not our error.
- You changed your mind about an order already fulfilled, or topped up your balance by mistake.
A full refund to your balance is guaranteed when
- A number was down for more than 24 hours — compensation is counted from when you contact support.
- A number was disconnected or blocked by the carrier for reasons unrelated to your actions.
- A number became unavailable for reasons outside the company's control.
Refunding unused balance, and direct refunds
A refund to your account balance takes 1–5 working days. A direct refund to you is only available on separate request to support and is processed within up to one month.
To have a request reviewed, include the service name, the amount, the reason, and the payment details or method the refund should go to — a request cannot be considered without these.
