This document describes what data virtphone.net collects, why, and how long it is kept. The data controller is Beta company sp. z o.o., REGON 146444560.

What we process

Operating the service requires: an email address (the account), activation history (service, country, time, price) and balance top-up records. Technical logs include IP address, browser type and request time.

SMS content

Received messages are shown in the activation card and stored for the limited period needed to resolve disputes and refunds, then deleted. We do not pass message content to third parties except where the law expressly requires it.

Why we need it

Data is used to deliver the service, settle payments, process refunds, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell data or share it for third-party marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses functional cookies to remember your language and theme, plus anonymous traffic statistics. Disabling cookies does not prevent browsing the catalogue.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or deletion of your account by contacting support. Deleting an account does not remove our obligation to retain payment records for the periods set by law.
