What the service may and may not be used for, and what a breach costs — up to a blocked account with no balance refund.
These rules define what the service may and may not be used for. Breaking them results in the account being blocked without refund of the remaining balance.
Age requirement
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Prohibited uses
You may not use numbers for fraud, deception, phishing or any attempt to obtain other people's money or data; to evade a block a platform has placed on a specific person; to send spam; to register accounts in someone else's name; or for anything that breaks the law in your country or the country the number is issued in.
Platform rules
Many platforms restrict sign-ups from virtual numbers under their own terms. Complying with a given platform's rules is your responsibility, and an account being blocked by that platform is not grounds for a refund once the code was delivered.
Other people's privacy
A number is issued for one activation and may not be used to intercept anyone else's messages. Attempts to reach other people's accounts through the service are stopped, and data is disclosed to authorities on lawful request.
Consequences
Where a breach is found, access is restricted. We cooperate with law enforcement within the law and do not offer the service as an anonymity tool for unlawful activity.
